This skills class is for focusing only on contact and weaves. All levels are welcome to this course. Training will be individualized for each team to progress wherever you are in your training. More advanced students may add other obstacles to proof entries / exits.

This class will learn about the eight most common OneMind Dogs handling techniques. You will learn about the 3 C’s, the 7 handling elements and looking at agility from your dog’s perspective. This class is open to all levels of teams and will be individualized for each team.
• This is a 12-week course with a 1 week break between week 6 and 7.
Prerequisite: Agility Test Drive or equivalent
This is where we starting putting it all together. 😊 It is for dog and handler teams who have their “Fun”damentals. We start putting it all together running and handling novice – open level courses along with learning about how to read a course and handle the line you want your dog to take and much much more.
Prerequisite: Foundation “FUN”dementals or equivalent
This class is focused on excellent/master/international style courses. We will discuss the course, dog’s lines and handling options, then run it with our dogs. Dogs should be proficient on all obstacles, as well as handlers familiar with handling techniques. This will be a continuing class.
Prerequisite: Sequencing and Handling or equivalent
* You may progress through the levels at you and your dog's own pace.
All dogs visiting A Girl and Her Dog agility training must have proof of the following vaccinations or titers: DHLPP (Distemper Combo), Rabies, and Bordetella (recommended every 6 months). It is also recommended your dog is vaccinated yearly for canine influenza (this is not a requirement). You will need to provide your vaccination or titer records when attending your first class or email them prior to class starting.
